Terms of use

Last updated: 5 October 2026

My Concert Wall is a place to keep the concerts you go to, turn them into a poster and share them with your friends. These are its rules, in plain words. By creating an account or signing in you accept them.

Who runs it and how to reach us

My Concert Wall (myconcertwall.com) is run by Víctor Piñeiro Parra. For anything — a question, a complaint, a report, a request from an authority — write to hello@myconcertwall.com. It is the single point of contact for users and for authorities; we answer in Spanish and English, and it is a person who reads and answers.

Who may have an account

  • You must be 14 or older. If we learn that an account belongs to someone younger, we close it and delete its data.
  • One account per person, with your own details. Do not pretend to be someone else.
  • Look after your password and your sign-in: what is done from your account is yours to answer for. If you think someone else has got in, tell us.

What the service is

Your wall of concerts, its poster, your statistics, your friends, Community (who is going to which concert), Discover (concerts that are announced) and messages between friends. Today it is free. It is offered as it is: we do our best to keep it running and your data safe, but we cannot promise that it will never fail, and features may change or go away. Download a copy of your wall from Data and backups whenever you like.

What is yours

What you put on your wall — concerts, notes, photos, reviews — is yours. You let us store it and show it to whoever you choose (your friends, anyone with the link, Community), which is what the service is for; nothing else.

Upload only what you may share. A poster you add is kept in a copy of our own and offered to other people who add the same concert, so do not use a personal photo as a poster. Posters and band names belong to their owners; if something of yours is here and should not be, write to hello@myconcertwall.com and we take it down.

What is not allowed

In messages, in your profile, in what Community shows of you and in anything you upload:

  • Harassing, insulting, threatening or intimidating anyone, or writing to someone who has asked you to stop.
  • Anything illegal: sexual content involving minors, threats, incitement to hatred or violence, sharing someone else's private data or images without their permission, fraud.
  • Sexual content nobody asked for.
  • Spam, chain messages, selling things in bulk, scams — fake or overpriced ticket resale included.
  • Pretending to be another person, a band or a promoter.
  • Breaking the service: getting into other accounts, reading it with programs, overloading it or getting round its limits.

Messages

Messages are only between two people who are friends, and they are deleted after 30 days. They are not end-to-end encrypted. We do not read them or scan them with any program. A conversation only reaches a person on our team when one of the two people in it reports it — then a copy of its last messages is kept with the report — or when a court orders it.

How to report something

  • A person: the flag next to their name, in the conversation with them or in Community. You choose the reason and can add a few words.
  • A poster that should not be offered: «Report this poster», on the poster itself.
  • Anything else, or if you have no account: write to hello@myconcertwall.com saying what it is, where it is (a link or the username), why you think it is illegal or against these rules, and your name and e-mail address.

You can also block anyone from Friends: they stop seeing you and cannot write to you, and they are not told. If someone is in danger, call the emergency services (112 in the European Union) first.

What we do with a report

  • You get its number on the screen at once: that is our acknowledgement of receipt.
  • A person reviews it, as soon as we can. No program decides.
  • Depending on what we find, we do nothing, warn the person, remove what should not be there, or switch off the account — at once when it is serious, after a warning when it is not.
  • We tell you by e-mail what was decided. We never tell the reported person who reported.
  • If we do something about an account, we tell its owner by e-mail what, why and on which of these rules or which law it rests, and how to answer.
  • If we come to suspect a crime that threatens someone's life or safety, we tell the police, as the law requires.
  • Reports are kept 180 days. Reporting in bad faith, again and again, is also against these rules.

If you disagree with a decision

Whether you reported or were reported: reply to the e-mail with the decision, or write to hello@myconcertwall.com, within six months. A person looks at it again, free of charge, and answers you with the reasons. You can also go to court or, for what the Digital Services Act covers, complain to the digital services coordinator of your country (in Spain, the CNMC).

Leaving, and closing accounts

You can stop using My Concert Wall whenever you like and ask us to delete your account by writing to hello@myconcertwall.com from its address: its data and images go with it. We may switch off or close an account that breaks these rules, as explained above.

Responsibility

Each person answers for what they write and upload. We answer for running the service with care, and for acting when we learn that something illegal is here. Dates, venues, prices and ticket links in Discover come from other sites and may be wrong or change: check them with the seller before buying. Nothing here limits the rights the law gives you as a consumer.

Changes, law and courts

If these terms change in anything that matters, we will say so in the app before the change applies; the date at the top is that of the latest version. Spanish law applies. If you are a consumer, the courts of the place where you live decide any dispute, and you keep the protection of your own country's law. How we handle your data is in the privacy policy.
